All VALK products are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of receipt against any manufacturing defect. The warranty covers only the original purchaser and it is essential to present the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase when making any claim. 



The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product and/or manipulation of the same other than that necessary established according its nature, characteristics or operation. In these cases, the consumer must pay for the repair and the costs associated with it. Therefore, the following are excluded from the guarantee:

  • Defects and damage caused by external events, accidents, wear and tear and by assembly or use not in accordance with the product instructions.
  • Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other unauthorized person. 



VALK undertakes to send the spare parts necessary to replace the damaged parts at no cost to the customer. If it is not possible to solve the incident with the shipment of spare parts, VALK will replace the product, reduce the price or terminate the contract, actions that will be free of charge for the customer and will be carried out within a reasonable period of time. The resolution of the contract will not proceed when the lack of conformity is of little importance.

The delivery of spare parts or a new product to replace the damaged one does not extend the guarantee period, which remains at 3 years from the delivery of the original product.



If a defect is detected in the product during the warranty period, the consumer must notify VALK using the contact form, and it is essential to attach the photos or videos necessary to clearly describe the problem. 

VALK will review the case and propose the most suitable solution, having priority to send spare parts to replace damaged parts.



If the defect is detected within 30 days of receipt of the product, the customer may also choose to exercise their right to return, in this case without any associated cost because it is a non-compliant product. 



The returned products will be reviewed upon arrival at VALK's warehouse, and if it is proven that the returned product has no defects, is not damaged or is not incorrect, VALK reserves the right to deduct from the refund to the customer, the cost of return transportation. 



In the event that a problem, malfunction or defect of the product is detected after six months from the delivery of the product, VALK may require the consumer to present expert evidence that shows that the defect existed in origin and is not due to a misuse or other assumptions that invalidate the warranty. 



If the product arrives physically damaged by blows during transport, the consumer must notify VALK within 72 hours of delivery by filling in the contact form. It is essential to attach: 

  • 1 photo of the complete box 
  • 1 close-up photo of the blow received 
  • 1 photo of the transport label


All shipments have insurance for breakage or deterioration during transport. VALK will respond to the consumer within 24 hours with the instructions to follow. 

Claims for transport will not be accepted after 72 hours from receipt of the product.
