VALK will review the case and propose the most suitable solution, with priority being given to sending spare parts to replace the damaged parts.
If the defect is detected within 30 days of receipt of the product, the customer may also choose to exercise his right to return the product, in this case without any cost associated with being a non-conforming product.
Returned products will be checked upon arrival at the VALK warehouse, and if it is proven that the returned product is not defective, damaged or incorrect, VALK reserves the right to deduct from the refund to the customer, the cost of return transport.
If the product arrives physically damaged by blows during transport, the consumer must notify VALK within 72 hours of delivery by filling out the form.
It is essential to attach photos that clearly illustrate the damage caused to the box and the product, and where the transport label can be seen:
1. Photo of the complete box where the damage can be seen.
2. Photo of the inside of the box once it has been opened (to see that it was correctly protected).
3. Photo showing the transport label. Several sides of the box should be visible, both close up and from a distance.
4. Photo of the damage caused to the product, inside the box.
5. Photo of the damaged parts in the same photo.
6. Zoom photo of the damage.
