DEADLINES
FOR A RETURN
At VALK GAMING you have up to 30 calendar days after receiving your order to exercise your right to return it if you are not satisfied.
SPECIAL CHRISTMAS DEADLINE
Items purchased between 1 November and 15 December can be returned until 15 January of the following year.
IF SOMETHING
GOES WRONG
In case you have a problem with the product or it has arrived defective, the process would be different, contact us first and we will find a solution for your case, from sending replacement parts, to a new product or a refund at no cost to you.
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED
WITH YOUR PRODUCT
You have up to 30 days to return it in the same condition in which you received it:
packed in its original box and with no signs of use.
Otherwise we may refuse the return.
Please follow the steps below for the return:
STEP 1
APPLY FOR A REFUND
Fill in the return form. We will get back to you within 24 hours with the authorisation and instructions.
STEP 2
PACKAGING
Disassemble and pack your product for transport back to our warehouse. We explain how:
Make sure that no components are subjected to excessive pressure and protect the rubbing areas to avoid scratches.
STEP 3
SENDING
As this is a voluntary return, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We will not accept freight collect shipments.
YOU HAVE 2 SENDING OPTIONS
ON YOUR ACCOUNT
You can look at shipping price comparators such as PACKLINK or GENEI to find the best rate.
WE PICK IT UP FOR YOU
We can take care of the return transport, sending a collection to your home, deducting 30€ from the refund of the order for orders outside Spain.

REFUND
Once we receive the item, we check its condition and refund you the total amount paid through the same payment method you used for the purchase within 2-3 working days.
