But there are more advantages to buying a gaming chair direct from the manufacturer: we have most of the spare parts for our products. 

If you need a spare part, write us in our contact form explaining your need and we will be happy to help you find the solution. Do not forget to indicate your order number, the model and color of your product, and to attach any photos or videos that are necessary in orde for us to understand better the problem. 

If the product is within the warranty period and the requirements are met, we will send the parts to you free of charge. 

Sometimes, we may not have the spare part you need in stock and it may be necessary to wait a few weeks, although our commitment is to do everything possible so that your problem can be resolved immediately.
